Biotech stock pitch question
Im planning on writing a stock pitch / ER from the ground up and I want to pick a biotech stock that is relatively unknown (or KNOWN but not covered by sell-side analysts). The sector is huge and the market caps range from $1M to $10B+
When choosing a company, I want to pick something that is almost tailored to my area of scientific expertise but many of them fall in the $10-100 M range. I have some interesting insights that I would like to incorporate for these for in particular, two companies that I cam considering at both about $10 and $100M range. Is that too small? They have a narrow scope pipeline drugs and DO have history (not a recent startup).
What is the bottom limit for choosing a company and what should I look out for?
Thanks!
