Blacklisted After Superday?

I come from a non-target school in Europe and had super days at a number of BBs for IBD SA in London (GS/MS/BAML). I ended up only getting an offer from a tier 3 global bank and would like to recruit for FT opportunities after my SA, but I am not sure whether I can apply for FT since I failed to get an offer during the super day stage. Does anyone have experience with this in London? One of the banks just ghosted after super day, which seems a bit weird for a tier 1 bank. I would be interested in whether you get blacklisted after a super day rejection.
