BlackRock GCG: culture, uniqueness?

Been trying to find information on this but the AM forum is empty and there isn't much information in past threads. Got interviews coming up with these guys and was wondering what to expect and anything special about this group? E.g. culture, uniqueness.

What do you want to know?

BLK has a mess of culture in my personal opinion due to massive acquisitions just a few years apart - e.g bought BGI while still digesting MLIM.

Where is your interview?...the answer to your questions will likely depend on the office.

Also, what do you mean by uniqueness?

I'm currently in the London office, but am from the US so I have a decent insight to the NYC office as well. Any specific questions, shoot.

Gathering research/ data for RFP's. Working on pitches for clients....answering client queries. Hrs are pretty reasonable from relative perspective unless you are in FIG - in which case you are fucked; working IB hrs and not getting paid IB dollars.
