none? Honestly, the only thing that pops up in my mind is Microsoft's attempted acquisition of yahoo, and we all know how that turned out. Here's my search results from Bloomberg for any deals announced or completed between October and today w/ Blackstone Group as a financial advisor (some of these are divestitures)
