Blair SF vs Moelis SF vs Barclays Menlo
Choosing between these three groups (all in tech) for an IBD SA role. Opinions on culture, deal flow, and exit ops to MM PE would be greatly appreciated.
Moelis SF from what I know - I have some buddies on the west coast and I heard Barclays Menlo lost a couple of MDs (one went to Moelis I think?). They seem to place pretty well as well (UMM PE possible and maybe even MF).
WB is solid but its still a MM firm.

Yeap, I think it happened a while back but definitely had an impact. I'm not sure how Moelis SF does in PE recruiting vs Moelis LA, maybe someone more familiar with the landscape can chime in.
Heard Moelis SF did well this past year compared to 2018 for what it’s worth
