Use to have a pair, hesitant to buy another. Do most people feel like they help, I thought they did but unsure if it was a placebo.
Anything that projects has to use blue, so yes very much a placebo. Can it help maybe, but not enough research to prove it.
Lots of monitors and computers have “night light” mode which turns the whole display a sepia (no blue light) tone. The level can be turned up or down. I’d look into this before buying a pair of glasses.
