BMO Bonus Pools NYC

I know this has been discussed here and there, however, was curious if anyone knew the pools at BMO over the past few years as well as historically?

Also, I'm curious if the top guys in the states make similar pay to their BB counterparts? – I'm much more interested in the former rather than latter question.

Thanks.

What level are we talking about? Analyst, Associate or VP?

At the Analyst level, BMO pays fairly well in the US, a few years ago I know they used to pay in line with or slightly above street.

Sorry, analyst, 1st year, I'm interested in the others though.

While in previous years the ranges were generally consistent enough to generalize a "Street" number, from what little I have seen of the associate/VP/D numbers I'm tempted to call this the year of the nymphomaniac bonus numbers - that is, they're fucking all over the place.

I've heard a couple of associate/vp data points out if BMO, and they seem to be ok. That is, high enough to feel like you got treated fairly but modest enough to make you upset when you hear how much higher some of the numbers were. Forgetting, of course, that some other numbers you heard and ignored would have felt much like a punch in the eye compared to yours.

Are you able to share the actual numbers and where they were in regard to 1st/2nd/3rd pool?
