It’s not Centerview or Goldman but if you have no other options I’d 100% take it. You won’t get MF PE but lots of people lateral to much better firms after their first year.
RE, C&R, Industrials, Lev Fin, and M&A all sit in Chicago or are split between NY and Chicago.
