BMO (comp, exits)

So recruited for sa 2025 and ended up w offers from bmo nyc, wells fargo charlotte, and raymond james in florida. a little disapointed, even though I am grateful to even get offers as I go to a complete non-target. I decided on going with bmo nyc as the nyc location was very important to me as I have connections there. Did I make the right choice? Would it be easy to lateral to a eb/bb or go into lmm pe? also how are bonuses?

I know a few people that have lateralled to other banks from BMO nyc. Also not a bad bank by any means and congrats on your offers. Wells Charlotte and BMO would have been a tough choice but if NY is important then BMO makes sense. Try to figure out which groups are better than others at the firm (if you are looking for best experience and exit opps then M&M is the best)

i have a feeling this could be me soon.... had my WF superday today and there is a nonzero chance i will get it for BMO...such is life i guess
