What kind of reputation does this group have? Assuming they're probably a little more weighted towards capital market transactions than M&A engagements. Any activity in other segmetnts of the industry besides upstream (midstream, services, etc.)?

Read on a PJS vs. BMO thread here yesterday that BMO isn't great in the M&A space, so I would assume the work is mostly capital market related. Take that with a grain of salt though.
They do a fair amount of asset A&D work (former Tristone team) and mid-market capital markets deals.
Have heard there's a pretty decent work life balance over there, relatively speaking, any truth to this?
