BMO Winter Internship interviews (Originally Posted: 09/18/2011)
Hey all. I was given an invitation to interview with BMO for their Winter Internship program this Tuesday. I was wondering if anyone has more information on the program or perhaps someone who knows about the interviewing process. Since the program is only for 2 days and is meant to be an intro to IB, I do not expect them to ask much technical questions or even many behavioral questions for that matter. Is that accurate and if so, what kind of questions should I be expecting?

I've been browsing company websites and can't find any structured/posted internships or externships for winter - found a couple for spring though. Are these mostly obtained through networking and career centers at schools?
