BNP Paribas Graduate scheme

Hello everyone,

The BNP paribas graduate schemes 2025 opened yesterday and was wondering how everyone is doing. I've applied for the Global Banking role.

If anyone has had a return email for their games or any other insight into the process let us know!

Also BNP Paribas numeracy game is quite different to the standard ones (a quick google images search and you can see the format). If anyone has tools in which you can practice these games feel free to share.

I mean like will they give you the email soon after completing the test? I understand if you don't do well you won't get through to the next round.

oh sorry i misunderstood. Yes if you do well on the tests companies typically send you an email for their next stage within a week or two. Some companies do it differently however and I dont know the specifics for BNP. If you do badly, companies can take any amount of time to reply back with a rejection email.

If you want to find the BNP graduate role as well as many others, i would recommend using bristol application tracker. Just google 'bristol application tracker' and navigate to the tab that is relevant to you. For this role it is under the graduate scheme tab.

As someone who did the program, I would highly recommend going with any other offer you might have. While the program itself is great it will only pay off if you work in Paris. All other locations are second tier and your disappointment will come at the latest stage when they communicate your bonus. Most people from my intake left to work at other banks within the first 18 month.

I went through the recruitment process last year, accepted the offer, and will officially be starting next week.

For those of you waiting for updates after the online assessments, just a heads up: the Hirevues didn’t go out until late October, with the assessment centers taking place in November. Offers were sent out at the end of November.

So, hang in there lads - this might take a minute
