BNP Paribas London – Analyst 2 Bonus 2024 (Paid in 2025)?
Anyone here at BNP Paribas London (IB - Global Markets side) mind sharing what the Analyst 2 bonus looked like this year? Trying to get a sense of what the range was for 2024 performance. Cash vs deferred, ballpark figures, any surprises compared to 2023?
Also curious how it stacked up against peers at other European shops like Barclays, DB, HSBC etc. Some say BNP’s been a bit stingy lately, but wondering if DCM rebound helped push things up this year. Would be helpful to hear what others saw.
