Does anyone have any insight into this group? What are the exit opps like? Obviously the bank doesn't have a huge presence in the US but it seems as though the Merchant Banking group gives you good experiences for PE exits.

The group structures term loans, Mezzanine financing and (very rarely) equity co-investments for LBOs proposed by middle market sponsors. Term loans are usually syndicated out by the syndication group after the structure is approved.
I have only good things to say about the group. People are easy going and "normal". Lev Fin looks very good on resume. However, you can get away with not knowing that much, how much you learn is really a function of self initiative.
