What are people thinking about Analyst to Associate promotion at BofA this year?
Looks like every group has 40+ associates. While some may leave because of the poor bonus, most probably won't given the market right now. Analyst classes have been huge, but not sure how many are exiting to PE or elsewhere, again given the market right now. How is it looking for everyone in your group?
