Can only speak to the NYC culture. Overall very nice and collaborative team culture. Analysts are very close with each other. A lot of associates are also very cordial and willing to help junior people develop.
There are expectations out there though; for example been responsive on Friday night and weekend. Understanding how to pull data quickly and put together a nice, perfectly aligned deck in a timely manner.
Most of people are back to the office Tuesday-Thursday. I think it is a requirement that analyst and associates be back at least 3 days a week.
Given how market is performing right now, I think lot of people are under-capacity and definitely a lot more downtime.
