Citi has historically been the strongest of the three, though BAML is gaining steam. I would make the decision based on how well you think you'd do on group placement.

Didn't you just post on another thread that you're a junior who struck out in SA recruiting?

Hi guys, I've received SA offers from these firms (all generalist) and was curious which firms you think are the strongest overall. Any insight into future potential / prestige / reputation of any of them would be helpful as well!

I think there's a thread with very similar/same firms from a few days back. But yes I would go with one where you like the people the best as they are all mid tier.

 

BAML on average its groups > Citi's

If you think you have any chance at placing into a LevFin, M&A, or sponsors group at BAML I would take the shot - really strong groups, very cool guys, have placed very well in the last 3 years.
