Bonus Expectations - IB Associate
I feel like half the battle with bonus is the expectations game. With so much in the news right now I’m not sure what to expect exactly.
3rd year associate, US BB on a strong product group. Was told in my mid year I was “well on track”, so assuming VP promote and above average ranking but not sure if I’ll be “top bucket”. 225 base.
