This is my first year as a lateral hire at the bank and I do not have much idea on the bonus process. Does anyone know how much % bonus is expected at Tier 2,3 banks like HSBC, Nomura & BNP. I joined the bank mid year so I believe I will only get stub bonus. Any insight on year 2021 expectations for analyst and associates will be appreciated.
