Bonus timeline
For banks that give bonuses in the summer- when are they given? End of July? Looking to lateral and saw that a lot of people are just waiting for their bonus to hit before they jump ship

Mid-August at a bunch of places. Numbers are given a few weeks before that, so if people are giving a 2-weeks notice, then you could expect end of August/early September for spots to open.
