Book / News Recs for Incoming AN1 in HC Group

Starting AN1 in the Healthcare group at my firm. Cover everything within Biotech and Med Devices. Enjoyed the SA experience but definitely felt a little in over my head. Would love any reading and research recommendations that could help me with:
1. Competency and comfort with the scientific side
2. Knowledge of the history, future direction, and major players in the space, in addition to sources for keeping up with ongoing industry news
3. Technical acumen building models and understanding drivers etc for these businesses

Not looking to become an expert overnight, but want to learn more and hit the ground running to the extent possible
