Bored in banking…

Things have been slow recently and I’m often unsure about what I should do at my desk when I don’t have something to actively work on. I’ll usually read the news or catch up on our client companies. If things are really slow I’ll do a model test so I can improve my Excel skills.

But what are some articles / books that fellow monkeys recommend I read during my off time? Or tasks that I can do to show that I’m eager to learn even when I’m not staffed?

My brother in christ if you don’t like it leave? Like. Literal entire world out there if you aren’t tingly for finance don’t do the job that makes you do finance all. The. Time.
