Bottom Bucket Bonus?
Does anyone know what bottom bucket bonuses are like? We always see mid-bucket and top bucket numbers, but don't seem to see those lower-bucket bonuses.

Is there always someone who gets bottom bucket or is it only those who are about to get fired/pushed out?
Not sure, but the person left and went to an EB (PJT/EVR) and is doing well there.
In my S&T class there was someone who got bottom bucket as a first year and still ended up getting promoted to associate after the 2nd year. I think bottom was 20k.
