I work at an EB you didn't list. This question is misguided. The banks you list are not all comparable for comp at all, and no one realistically would ever be choosing between SVB Leerink and any EB.

You can find comp data in the database or on a site like Glassdoor. But most EBs pay somewhere between $300k and $375k for first year associates and scale up from there to typically more like $400-475k by A3,
