Boutique Bank or Financial Analyst of FP&A at a prominent Tech Firm?

For the Tech Firm, think along the lines of Twitter, FB, LinkedIn, etc, the big and popular tech ones. The bank is a tech boutique bank, deal flow is okay or average (def not the biggest ones you hear on WSJ, usually $200mm or even $100mm). If pay or hours are not important to me, the most important thing is learning opportunities and exit opportunities. If I want to work in tech industry after (preferably in operations, strategy or corp dev), and perhaps even start my own company, which one should I take? This is for 1st year FT analyst btw, fresh out of college.
