Boutique Help!!

Need some help please. So I have the opportunity to work at a boutique for IBD starting this summer. It's a 5 person team. I know that I will get a different kind of experience there compared to starting at a BB, but my question was what are the chances of me getting laterally hired by a bigger firm. This is the only option I have right now other than brute networking and wanted/needed some advice.

Thanks in advance.

^This is good advice for a lot of botiques; however, when you are talking about a team that small make sure that you understand their expectations and that you are honest with them about your future plans. When you work with a team that small, leaving them high and dry is sometimes easier said then done (if you have any sort of a conscience).
