Boutique IB to BB transition suggestions
Hey guys! Recently started working at a boutique IB firm with little work pipeline and very little to learn i feel. Also, the money is way lower than average, however i do work less than 40hrs so thats a pro. I really want to work for a BB bc at this stage I wanna learn as much as possible and also earn big (greatest motivation). What are your thoughts? Im trying to apply to new posting but desperately need to switch. Is it worth or should I take my time? Fellow BB and MM peers what do you suggest
