Breaking In Full Time From Target, but No Finance Internship

I am a rising junior at a top 10 school majoring in engineering with ~3.7. I am interning in software development this summer at a bulge bracket bank, but I find that I fundamentally do not enjoy coding and am much more interested in finance. What would be the best course of action for breaking in for full time recruiting? I understand I may be precluded from some of the best opportunities because I did not intern, but what should I pivot to as a stepping stone.
