British bankers on Wall Street

Do British bankers succeed in NYC in terms of promotions and how do they get on socially with American bankers?

I think Wall Street is definitely racist towards Brits. On a scale of 1 to 10 (Canadian to American being the highest correlation 10 and American to Iran being 1) I'd say the American to British social scale is a 5 out of 10.
