brownie points
Took a break studying for my statistics final to ask this glamorous question:
lets say an analyst or associate or even VP makes a referral for a prospect. He or she gets the summer internship and kills it. Then comes back FT and crushes it as well.
Does the analyst/associate/VP get credit for making a good referral? Do they seem more trustworthy to their higher ups as a result? Genuinely curious about this.
