Building a bigger Network / Starting Sourcing

Hey All,

I just became an associate at a LMM firm. The current firm is just a generalist firm, and gives a lot of room for associates to start building their network with clients and LMM PE groups. I would ultimately start to plant seed to really be a good at sourcing in the next 2-3 years. I am currently joining the local ACG group and am curious if any of you have some good ideas on ways to get this going?
