Building my own training program

I've recently joined on with a small deal team that does municipal banking, and have been tasked with building my own training program/licensing prep. Initially the deals will be more real estate esque, say we're building a new stadium and privately placing some taxable muni bonds and need to crunch the money available for debt service, but will eventually transition to traditional valuation models as we get the lead on some muni bond issuances from municipalities. I need to design my own training program, as well as find a source of training materials for the Series 7/60 whatever I need. Advice?

If you're on here looking for advice, I wouldn't worry about developing a training program. Most new hires these days will be brighter than you anyway, so maybe they can just train you instead.

Wow you're an asshole. I would have figured a bunch of you rich spoiled overachievers would have paid out the ass with daddy's money for training programs you might know about, or faced similiar situations in which you're joining an experienced deal team without the luxury of an extensive training program and had to figure your own training/licensing needs, but I guess if its not about ferragamo shoes and working on wall street none of you fuckers are interested huh.
