Burnt out coverage analyst looking to enter DCM

I’m an analyst at a BB in nyc. Need some advice on how to go about this. I’ve been in coverage for almost 2 years and am way too exhausted. DCM is def long hours but it would be a step up for me considering I’m pulling 80-90 hour weeks all the time. Still interested in banking as a long career and I like markets.

Appreciate any tips or insight
