If one becomes highly specialized (theoretically) in Business Financing from both sides, the financial one and the legal one, where exactly in the financial industry this expertise may be relevant?
I need to write my legal dissertation about this, so just wondering if it would be a pure academical paper or if it has some practicality somewhere.
