Buy side DD - Would you hire a guy with a drone and a go pro to conduct a site visit?
Covid travel restrictions + cost of travel. Would it be cheaper/better to outsource a physical site visit to someone who can video record all aspects of the visit?
Not in a position to give my opinion here, but I read that Goldman Sachs is using drones for their buy-side M&A process.
