What does Cain Brothers look like in 2021? I've heard a lot of talk on this forum regarding senior turnover, but was wondering if anybody had any more insight.

Incoming SA as well. There has been an insane number of analyst laterals in the past few months (almost my entire network there lmao), which has been rather worrying/doubt-inducing, especially since I turned down BB opportunities for the CB offer (for “culture” - maybe I’ll come to regret that). Exits aren’t all that, either, and recent dealflow doesn’t seem too interesting/sizeable. The 48 hour offer deadline also feels like a non-target trap, in retrospect.
