I’ve seen a few things on here about Cain Brothers but some of it is pre Key acquisition. Just curious to see thoughts on the banks overall reputation in the HC space, culture, comps and exit ops.

Great shop with ample deal flow. Pretty good exits to MM PE in the HC space. Really good place to be if HC is your thing. Culture seems to be laid-back, they recruit plenty of kids from non-ivy league schools.
