Call Back

Ok, so here's the deal. I am going abroad in about a week and my program makes it impossible for me to come home for interviews. So I had a phone interview with a bank in November, got called into the office for a "superday" style interview in December (Analyst, 2 Associates, A SVP and met with an MD informally). The HR contact just called me and after about a 10 minute conversation about how tough the market is for interns right now, blah blah blah and how competitive the process is. But she said that the person I interviewed with had been "singing my praises" (he was in the room with her) and that they want me to come in and meet with some more "senior people" in the next week before I leave. Is this a good sign or a bad sign? And meeting with senior people, do you think it will be more technical or more fit oriented?
