Can I Defer Offer to Travel?
Expecting an offer in the next week or so, but really want to take a year between college and start of career to travel. Is that taboo to even ask for?

Having them hold your offer for a year is not going to happen. Way too many qualified candidates for a bank to take a risk like that.
Had an option to defer for a year in my offer letter last year. Not sure how common that is or if it was a COVID thing.
