[Edited] After I submitted the application for the Early Insights Program, I received an Action Required Hirevue email as expected. The email I received said that the estimated time is 15min. Does it mean that there are five 3-minute questions, or does this include the preparation time and more?

Why does it matter? 15 minutes is totally normal for a Hirevue - it's usually 3 questions and unlikely they actually want 5 minute answers, you get like ~like 2 minutes to film. the 15 minutes may include allowances like 5 minutes to get through the tutorial, multiple attempts to film each question, etc
