Can somebody elaborate on the UBS voyager program
It seems that they bunch up all the divisions together: S&T, IBD, IT, WM etc...
Can somebody describe the program process?

It's a breakout process. That listing simply means those are the divisions represented. You indicate your area of interest and are able to meet with individuals at all levels of seniority in that division. The day starts with a school team breakfast if you get the invite (it's invite-only each year), then a panel about junior internships, then a keynote speaker, overview of the recruiting process, and a breakout session for the entire afternoon where you network within your target division.
