Can we talk about suicide in IB/PE/HF? How can you deal with depression/anxiety/mental illness while working in banking?
Nearly 50,000 Americans die by suicide every year. It is the number one killer in Males under 35. It is the 10th leading death in the US as whole. Please don't be afraid to get help if you are struggling.
Does anyone have tips to deal with depression, suicidal thoughts while working in the banking industry?
I don't think working a high stress job is a good idea if someone has that kind of health issue.
