Can you break into IB from a non IB role?
How can I break into IB from a non IB role 2 years post undergrad ? Or is it virtually impossible unless I do an MBA ?

What's your role? If it's front office, big 4, consukting, etc then yea, but others will be harder
Ya none of these unfortunately, is it doable if I can show I know my technicals very well?
If you network well it’s always possible. Would be easier/harding depending on what role you’re coming from obviously.
