Can you get your offer withdrawn for a charge you disclosed?

So I got an offer at a MM, pending the background check. The thing is, I disclosed the fact that I was arrested and plead to a misdemeanor theft charge on the eligibility question from the day 1. Throughout the interview, I was never asked about this, so I was a bit confused as to why. But now that I am waiting for a background check, I'm afraid if it can bite me in the ass and get my offer withdrawn. Should I take any action about this? E-mailing or calling HR to make sure they know about it? I just did the finger printing, so I should know within a week, but I want to make sure I get this job. Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated.

if you disclosed what is the problem? ....sure you've had your fair share of what were you thinking?...but that's something for another day.

its one way or the other: hate me or admire.

It is possible for them to revoke your offer, but they won't for this as it was already disclosed. You'll be fine.
