Still not great. Every US-based MM+ firm has better rep than canaccord. Idk if I'd segment banks into LMM/MM given the randomness with which mandates can occur, but yeah Can doesn't have a good rep. I'm sure you could exit to PE but I'd check linkedin to see specific examples as I don't know any personally.
