Coming from Canada and headed to M7 this fall (got off summer waitlist). Plan will be banking post-MBA and considering opportunities back in Canada. Does anyone have updated Associate salary ranges (including bonuses) for banking in Toronto? Would it differ between U.S. BBs based in Toronto and Canada Big 5 banks?
I also heard that to attract people, MBB sometimes matches the U.S. salary one would have gotten if they went to school in the U.S. (since they probably have US-denominated loans) - what's the likelihood of the same in banking, especially with U.S. BBs?
