So $165k-175k all-in?

First years at my BB got as much as C$100k, second years up to C$140k

just finished first year at a big 5 (one of the "lower" tier banks - scotia/national). bonus ranges were 80 - 110k. Huge year
That's insane. Anyone know if capital markets groups in canada are paying similarly? (ECM / DCM etc)
