Cantor is a MM bank that does a lot of financing that larger banks or EBs won’t do. A lot of their companies are a bit promotional and they did a decent amount of SPACs these couple of years.
Not a bad place to work from what I heard though.
This has been my experience working with them as well. Will put fast money hedge funds into financings and fight tooth and nail for allocations.
depends on location, toronto office is a lot of mining deals with growing diversified practice + seconded on the spac comment when that was very popular
