I found some info on them through searches but I'm trying to update it as the other info is a few years old. Anyone have any opinions on them as a firm and the ibd?

From what I've heard, their strong point is ECM ATM programs. Their IBD is trying to branch out, specifically in M&A.
That having been said, they're mainly a brokerage company. I've also heard that they pay below street and the rep/deal flow is horrible. Expect to pitch a shitload for deals you'll never win.
This is what the staffer told me when I interviewed with him, so that's as real as it gets.
Exit opps - most analysts head out after a year, some even earlier - if you're using it as a stepping stone then good, PE/HF exits are not as good as other similar boutiques due to their sector focus and rep.
