What are the typical bonuses like for 1st/2nd year analysts in a capital markets group (IE: DCM/ECM) at a BB? Curious because just signed a FT offer for JPM/BAML/Citi

I'm in one of those groups at a MM, but my understanding that at the analyst level it's roughly in line with coverage groups. Maybe 5-10K haircut, max. Might be different depending on the bank though
